Major technological developments, such as big data, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, as well as the emergence of new, compact forms of energy, have opened up a range of new options for individual mobility. Customers now expect fast, reliable, convenient and personalized mobility services, and this can create both challenges and opportunities for mobility solutions providers – both traditional players as well as “new mobility” players. In this article, based on a study by Arthur D.
